An intensive relaxation week in which we find ourselves again together and stress is a thing of the past. Through certain techniques you will learn to feel yourself again and to perceive the signals of your body. You can also expect tips and tricks that you can use at home on land after this relaxation week when you think that stress is catching up with you again.
